Pick your app below. Each one has its own help email, its own privacy page, and its own steps to delete your account.

For barbershops

In the app, go to Me (shop owners: Settings), then tap Delete my account.
Or open https://fadeready.com/delete-account.
Or email hello@brightforgelabs.app from the email on your account and ask us to delete it.

For trucking

Email: support@lanetally.com
We look at every message within 24 hours.

Write to support@lanetally.com from the email on your account. Ask us to close the account and delete your company's data. We delete it and tell you when it is done.
To leave the waiting list, email support@lanetally.com from the same email you signed up with.

For nail salons

In the app, go to Me (salon owners: Salon settings), then Account, then tap Delete my account.
Or open https://nailsignature.com/delete-your-account/.
Or email hello@brightforgelabs.app from the email or phone number on your account. We finish within 30 days.

Tell us the app name, the email you sign in with, and what happened. That helps us fix it faster.

We answer in English or Spanish.
